over 250 million secret pages are added to US govt archives annually (250 = +330 -80 where the 330 are classified and the 80 declassified) which is about 5X the amount of UNclassified knowledge added annually to conventional publicly accessible repositories of knowledge.

The US govt employs about 4M people with security clearances ("black" employees) versus only about 1.8M "white" employees.
